The venue for DJam 2018 is Beamish Hall, a beautiful 12th Century building that has been lovingly restored into a 21st Century Country House Hotel.
Dancers can enjoy three large dancing spaces (one with a sprung wooden floor), plus smaller rooms for taster sessions and seminars.
Comfortably elegant, the hotel is full of stunning period features, including ornate ceilings, chandeliers, stained glass windows and a dramatic sweeping staircase. Look out over the gardens to the 24-acre estate dotted with rare and exotic trees planted by the Hall's former owners.
Beamish Hall has 40 rooms (mainly doubles), its own pub with micro-brewery, and Beamish Wild Outdoor Adventure Park and High Ropes Course are in the grounds of the estate.
To book one of the beautiful bedrooms and dance non-stop all weekend, email Beamish Hotel Reservations Team. Let them know you’re part of DJam and you’ll get the DJam discount. Pay just £50 deposit to reserve your room.
Beamish Hall is the perfect location for you to enjoy all that the North East of England has to offer. Beamish Museum, the largest open air museum is just on the door step and Durham City is just 20 minutes drive away.
