Hotel Guests

If you have booked for the Gold & Silver Pass, just give your room number to the waiter. Breakfast is from 08:00-10:00.

Extra Food or Drink

Food is provided for those of you who have pre-booked extra meals and present their lunch/dinner tickets at meal times. Gold & Silver Pass dancers just need to show their wrist bands.

Please pay for your own drinks and food if you wish to have extra refreshments.

Friday Evening

Saturday Daytime

Lunch is served in the Masonic Hall at 12:15 pm for all who have pre-booked. Please present your meal vouchers to have your meals.

There are also cafes, sandwich shops nearby. We recommend Popolo Durham, Café Continental, across the road from the Three Tuns Hotel. 

If you wish, just bring your own sandwiches. Please eat in the Three Tuns Hotel as the Masonic Hall will be full to capacity with people who are having pre-booked lunches.

Saturday Evening 18:15, Sunday Evening 18:45

If you have pre-booked for your 3-course buffet dinner at The Three Tuns Hotel, please bring your meal vouchers and go to the hotel restaurant from 18:15 - 19.00. You can eat in the restaurant or in the bar area.

The food tastes much nicer if you're prompt. If you are late for dinner, you will miss it as the buffet style dinner will be cleared away promptly to prepare for the evening’s dancing.

Monday

Tea and Cakes will be available at the Tea Dance Party. This is included in your DJam Pass.

Those of you who registered for the Silver & Gold Passes, please note that there will be no dinner served. If you would like dinner, please book this in advance (£20). There are also lots of cafes and restaurants right outside the venue.
